FAQ

When do I need to RSVP by?

To help us plan, please RSVP by September 30th, 2025. If your plans change for any reason, just update your RSVP as soon as possible — we completely understand that life happens!

What if I cannot attend?

If your plans change for any reason, just update your RSVP as soon as possible — we completely understand that life happens!

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoors?

We’re getting married at home! While there will be some indoor space available, it is limited. Both the ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors, surrounded by the bush. The event will be relaxed and casual. Seating will be spread out across the property, and we’ll have picnic blankets available for anyone who’d like to lounge under the trees. Please note there won’t be a formal sit-down dinner — think more of a flowing, social feast where you can eat, drink, and mingle freely. And because it’s Melbourne, the weather is always full of surprises - It’s likely to be hot and sunny, so please come prepared — bring a hat, wear sunscreen, and stay sun safe.

What is the dress code?

A quick practical note: the wedding will be outdoors on rocky, uneven ground. We don’t recommend stilettos or thin heels. Chunky heels, wedges, or platforms can work if you’re confident, but shoes made for a little walking and dancing will serve you best.

Can I bring my kids? My dogs?

We recommend arranging a babysitter if you can, but if that’s not possible, babies are welcome. As for dogs — the property isn’t fenced. Therefore, they should stay at home.

Is there parking?

Yes — parking will be available along Stony Creek Road, followed by a short uphill walk (around 3 minutes) to the property. If the walk is tricky for you, we’ll organise a lift. Since parking is on the roadside and spaces are limited, we highly recommend carpooling where possible.

What about dietary requirements?

We’ll do our best to accommodate all dietary needs. Please let us know your requirements when you RSVP.
